Ignoring her normal favs -- the crackers and the ever-present Cheerios, Ev hollered until we let her gnaw on the lamb chop aka meat popsicle. This was her first taste of meat. Al took this shot.
Emily came down from NYC for a visit and was instantly a hit with the 4 1/2 yr-old crowd. They even coerced her to swim with them, then they splashed until her hair was a lost cause. But her willingness to stay in the game really won their hearts. "Ta-dah!"

That's a good shot of Evie chomping on a lamb chop. It reminded me of Bink chewing on lamb chops in 1972.
