All My Children

If you're going to pray for rain, be prepared to deal with some mud...so the expression goes. Well, here in Houston, the mild temps and early showers also mean mosquitoes. We ignored them -- even if they were the size of B52s -- and splashed away at dusk.
He's a red-eyed, blue-tongued flying happy puddle jumper! (the eyes might be the flash's fault but the blue teeth are from a lollypop)

And here's a little lunchtime video from Valentines Day

Look at how green the grass is!! I'm so jealous! We haven't seen any grass, green or otherwise, for months! All we see are mounds and mounds of snow and ice. It's snowing as I type.

The video was awesome! I loved Graham's "That was funny, mom". :) When he get to be such a big kid?

Awesome splashing pics -- love playing in the rain. And though I'm with Brandy on not having seen grass forever up here, I'll take a few mounds of snow over B52 mosquitos any day!! :)

Can't believe how fast Evie's growing up -- she's such a big kid!

Oh you look like you are right in the peak of spring and like my co-Northerners, I am green with jealousy! Great photos of puddle jumpers Steph..you are a fantastic photgrapher. I have played the video of Evie and the chip a zillion times with a giggle and grin...The three of them are too funny together!
