Wow, I am not really able to connect well on this cruise, but for my blog-followers felt compelled to post a quickie here in Skagway while the twins sleep in, Grandad procures train tix and Nana and Ev watch a little Little Bear.
All the things I feared I'd hate about cruising are here on this ship. I know my folks are really disappointed in this particular vessel. It is very shaky, vibrating to the point our whole bodies jiggle (Kellogg would have loved it!) as we dine. That said, we are loving the breath-taking views and focusing on the experiences. We have played ping pong, dressed snazzy for formal night, danced the night away, watched the musical show, walked around Juneau, seen the salmon hatchery and even Graham tried the escargots!

Aunty Norma.
Aw, sorry you're disappointed. At least the scenery and weather are enjoyable.
I've never been on a cruise, although my in-laws would LOVE it if we joined them. I'm interested in your thoughts about the rest of the trip upon your return.
We have never done a cruise, so very interested to hear your thoughts. Have fun! When do you return to Houston? We leave again on Friday, so may miss you?
These "Fancy Nancy" pics from the cruise are my very favorites! The details on Evie's dress are amazingly beautiful. You know I have to have copies...please!P&G all dressed to the nines, Evie watching wide eyed and P dancing! We have been on 2 cruises...must bring your own entertainment, ie friends, large groups etc. Don't recommend children really unless it's a Disney cruise......What cruise line are you on? Al was here for dinner last night, which was great. Mom especially loved the evening. Thanks for the posting from Skagway!Hope it starts to get better soon.Love, Gwynn
Love them all!
