Banana Pudding

There was no recipe used, Auntie Norma, but we did use good English ingredients: heavy whipping cream, birds custard and a trifle dish! We didn't even make a crust, we just lined the bottom with Nilla Wafers (that's a vanilla biscuit-style cookie used abundantly in Southern US traditional desserts) sliced about 4-5 bananas, poured the still warm Bird's custard on that. Let it chill, heaped on the whipped cream, made a cutesy design of more sliced bananas and more wafers. Ta-dah! Served in punch glasses. Gobbled up!

Got it!! so easy peasy yet looks so professional..I have all the ingredients in store already so will make that tomorrow's pud. oh,I will have to go to the shop for the Vanilla biscuits..no problem though..yummy, yummy. and thank-you,Stephanie.x
