The week in review

Well, long week of "sickiness". Three nights of sweat-soaked sheets. Ick. I have the best nurse in the world in Paige. She asks me all day long, "Mommy, can I get you anything?" and says things like, "Poor little Mommy." to which Graham complained, "She's not little, Paige." Graham played his part in taking care, too, while they put on a show for me yesterday he said matter-of-factly, "You can use my pillow to feed Boo if you want, Mommy, because we don't have the breast pillow in here." Okie dokie. Nice use of the proper anatomical word, especially since Mommy usually says boobie.

Graham had a repeat offense on Thursday of the pebble throwing. Sent home from school which meant 3 round trips to the school in 3 hours for Evie-the-carseat-hater. Ay-ay-ay and no time for her morning napper. Now we are really cracking down and have a new policy -- don't even think of putting the pebbles in your hands. The consequence of watching his tennis lesson from the sidelines didn't really have the desired effect. This boy is too happy-go-lucky for all my parenting books!

Since everyone seemed to enjoy Paigie's pengirlship, I had to share this fancy-nancy-ish shopping list photo of my little helper. She added the word peaches on the fly at WFM, please click to enlarge so you can see her list of must-haves.

Those are all good grocery choices - whole foods, indeed!
