I am not a seasonal allergy person, but each progressive spring in Houston I seem to be more and more effected by the "catkins" from our big, beautiful oak trees. Now I have a bit of a sinus infection and I am perturbed because I have fun cocktail-y plans tonight. Can't take anything to dry me up or I risk drying up Ev's food.
I reached out for help to try to prevent running myself completely down -- my mom graciously came over to help on Monday when I started feeling achy, but she's out of town now with work. After Paige cut out the kitty cat face from her workbook, Nana helped Paige spell this on the reverse side, and Paige let me know that Nana thought it should simply say "Get Well" but she (Paige) thought it "should have some manners in it". She also added the two hearts yesterday when I was still not my normal self. So sweet. Paige and Graham have been angels while mommy has felt poorly, getting me blankets, tissues and even a paper bag for all my used tissues. Evelyn also has been an all-star baby, only waking for one feeding between the hours of 11 pm and 6/7 a.m. now for a week.

Oh no! That stinks! Please, do get better soon!
Stinks that you're sick! Gotta love the "manners" though -- that note's a keeper!
