We just got home from the Astros/Cardinals afternoon game. We decided to chance it with Paige and Graham -- game started at 1:00 and normal nap time is 1:30. They were EXCELLENT. They each ate about a bucket and a half of popcorn, or "guckorn" as they call it. They clapped with the music, cheered with the crowd, and got very excited to see the train move and whistle when the Astros scored a run. Clements pitched, and we saw some incredible catches out of the Cardinal's 3rd baseman, Nunez. We had a great time.
Now the kids are napping and Al is quarantined on the 3rd floor because he is the sickest of us all. We all have snotty noses, but he's got a little something extra that keeps him dashing for the potty. Poor Al, right, but don't forget, men get to be big babies when they are sick.
Mommies, on the other hand, have to keep up with all the goings on around the house come rain or shine, snot or not.
