Oh, glorious fall day

Today was the first day of fall temperatures in Houston. I feel like I am on a high octane drug. I have the windows open, and the air is so fresh and energizing. We started the day at the zoo and then washed the car. The pics tell the story; we have had so much fun! They are taking a whopper of a nap. Yeah! I told Al to hurry home and not miss all of this great day.

Oh it looks like so much fun! It's nice and cool in Dallas, too, but I've been stuck in my office all day. Wish I was there to enjoy your beauties!

We're still having summer temps here (which I'm sure is cool by your standards) - the last few days have been in the 80's when the normal temp is roughly 70. The temps are supposed to drop back to normal starting tomorrow! Sunday the high is a whopping 50. I'm actually looking forward to winter this year! We had a very hot summer by New England standards.

What can I say....you have really captured the scenes,Stephanie..I know I keep repeating myself but those kids of yours (in fact all of my little Grand nephews and Nieces) are beautiful and outgoing!! you must be doing a good job as Moms' :o) I especially like the one of Paige in the ??washing machine??? hahah is that how you bathe kids in Houston? and where you have them 'earning their keep' washing the car is hilarious...xx

It is cold in Austin. Last night was maybe 50 degrees. Mommy got inlast night and Anna waited up for her. This morning (Sat) Jenn went to work until noon and we fed the kids breakie whilst Anth got a mini lie-in.
Pics of the kids are terrif and I'm glad your temp has dipped. When I went through IAH on Thursday it was still hotter than comfortable.
