Rainy day Monday

Above: Graham and me dancing on the table as captured by Paige.
Here are P&G yesterday in Nana's aprons made by Mamai
(her grandmother). And a pic of Paige and Mommy by Graham. Paige organized all the things that needed to be in the shot -- the jewelry box, the fox and us!

I promise to post a picture of our bounty from the afternoon mushroom foraging. We kicked some and then plucked the rest like a bouquet of white flowers. Paige was especially talented at gingerly pulling them out root and all. It was a soaking wet afternoon and we went exploring and puddle jumping...found toads and toadstools and all kinds of fun. Got drenched. It was a good, unscheduled afternoon of just enjoying being free and alive on a solemn day of remembrance.

After their dinner, I took this video just to give you all a taste of how funny they are right now: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=m9orO0rLLsY

I love those kind of days best of all, really spontaneous and so much fun. Luke and I love walking in the rain and puddle jumping. The video is priceless Steph, I adore Colin in his socks and undercrackers (as Luke calls them), and Paige with her cute little wiggle. Love their conversations with each other, so funny and lovely. XXXXX

What a sweet video! And, if I might add, what smart kids! I absolutely loved the conversation between them about the "clar-i-net"....=) Mom watched it too and commented on how comfortable Graham looked with the guitar!

Pricless stuff!

XOXOXO!
