"Can I have a kiss, Paige?" the dapper Robert (my cousin, age 19) asked in his dress greys on bended knee before he left for a West Pointers' winter ball on a double date with his sister Bevie (age 18) and their dates Esther and Nate. I had fun spending the afternoon doing "prom hair and makeup" for the young ladies while my aunt Cinda played "forts" with Paige and Graham. So memorable!
