When your down and troubled -- or just overworked and pregnant

Today I was blown away when someone I admire greatly secretly placed a pick-me-up bouquet on my front steps with this note:
"Dear Steph,
You are doing an amazing job with the children you have, and you will do an amazing job with the new one. Sometimes it is harder than others, but the really exciting times usually follow close on the heels of the trials. Happy Weekend!"

Wow. I'm so humbled. What a great message of encouragement and support. It makes me feel so good to read those words (over and over) And another friend sent a homemade, hand-knit blanket for the baby with some chocolate therapy thrown in the box for me. So thoughtful! It really is the little things that can make all the difference. THANK YOU!

p.s. Don't miss out on the pictures below from NYC, I am a crazy double-poster today

Yep, life is a series of ups and downs. That was so nice of the unidentified person to do.

So was the chocolate therapy melted when it got there?? I didn't think about sending it to where it's already HOT until a couple days after it was sent. Oops. :) Glad it could pick up your day a bit...
