We had a nice albeit SHORT visit from Aunt Cinda, Bevie and Robert Lewis. We enjoyed every last moment together. I cried looking at the album they made for Rob's graduation. I remember so well when these two lovely teenagers were sweet-cheeked little cuddle monkeys the size of my two children. Wow. Now Rob's off to West Point and Bevie is driving.
Family is so good. My kids know and love so many of our extended family members, and it makes life incredibly rich. Can't wait to take them to the U.K. when they're old enough so they can meet all the relatives across the pond!
We're in Birthday Party ramp-up mode (the CARNIVAL is this coming Saturday), so look forward to a week of pics celebrating the milestone. Our two tots will be three years old on Tuesday.
p.s. be very jealous, my aunt made a coconut cream pie for us. It was heavenly. Nothin' beats a southern lady's pie made from scratch...oh the crust was short and had the perfect touch of salt...I'm still savoring it!!!!!

Great pictures! Yeah, I keep thinking about cuddling little Rob on my lap, and now he has to bend down just to give me a hug.
That pie sounds deeeeelicious!
Yes, those are great pictures! I especially like the one of the 3 kids on the side of the pool - one very big, grown-up kid and 2 little book-ends. Some day that will be a terrific one to reference back to. Oh how everyone grows up so fast! Relish your days with your little bunnies - too soon they will be off, blazing their own trails.
Love you, M
Great pictures, Steph! Looks like everyone had a great time. :)
I know what you mean about growing too quickly. My Nate just turned 3 in May and the twins will be 2 in November - where does the time go?!
Fun was had by all on our sweet, yet brief visit. I was remarking to Steph how the kids affectionately warmed up to us immediately when we arrived! I, along with my mom and bro, soaked up every hug, kiss and all the "buttering up" we received!!!! =)
Hugs and kisses to the bunnies!
Nice photos. Yes Cinda's pies are fab, especially the crust!
Lovely pictures Steph, the pie sounds wonderful (drool)X
