I made meatballs tonight. I used ground lamb, the new Central Market Organics Worchestire, parm reggiano, panko flakes, wheat germ, salt, pepper, herbs de provence, an egg and olive oil. Holy moly, they went like hot cakes.

They ate at least a pound of meat between them. Then they went outside, came back in and polished off a full fat Brown Cow yogurt, a pint of strawberries and half a pint of blueberries. After their bath, 30 minutes later, they enjoyed a sip cup of goat's milk each. Think they might be in a growth spurt? They burped their way into their cribs.
So a vintage photo to go with a story about their appetites for lamb.
This was taken just about a year ago, Graham is devouring a lamb chop in Calgary at a Greek restaurant.
