As I do every year, I encouraged the gang to clip out the things they liked in the catalogs and make a wishlist. "Be sure to include the name of the catalog with the clipping" I now know to add after a painful, fruitless search for one teacup and saucer set last year. I just love seeing their pasted cut-outs and handwritten desires.
What I didn't expect was an electronic delivery of one wish list item.
I received the following email from Paige, age 8.
"the book magzeen" translates to The Book. As in, the annual publication of delicious and ridiculous gifts from Neiman Marcus.
Can't make this girl up. Here are the boots she wants:
